Makram Rabah
Lead Consultant
Makram joined Quantum Group in 2007 and is currently the Lead Consultant, Researcher and Analyst on a number of projects on the Middle East and the United States. His experience includes theoretical and practical applications on a wide array of topics and themes related to socioeconomic development, governance and reform in the region and beyond.
Rabah’s research interests focus on the modern Middle East, the modern history of Lebanon, the Lebanese Civil War and the role of memory in the reconciliation process. He is also the author of the groundbreaking book entitled, A Campus at War: Student Politics at the American University of Beirut 1967-1975 (Nelson Publications, 2009). Rabah is also a regular contributor to a number of regional and international publications on Middle Eastern political affairs.
He is a graduate of American University with a BA’03, MA’07 in History with a minor in Political Studies. Rabah also holds a PhD in History from Georgetown University (2016). Rabah, who has a law degree from the Lebanese University, is a history professor at the American University of Beirut and the Lebanese American University.
Nadine Mansour
Senior Media Analyst
Nadine has more than 10 years of experience in the field of media content analysis, research and data analytics. She currently manages the team responsible for analyzing the media reputation of clients from public and private sectors and assessing the efficiency of clients’ communications campaigns.
Prior to joining Quantum, Nadine worked for the Swiss branch of Media Tenor as a media analyst handling the analysis of MENA and French outlets for American, European and GCC clients.
Nadine holds an MS in Information and Communication and a BS in Business Administration with a major in Advertising and Sales from the Université Saint-Joseph, Beirut (USJ).
She also runs workshops on media monitoring, content analysis and reporting for political parties, private companies and independent digital nomads.
Renee-Lise Habchi
Senior Consultant
Renee-Lise has 9 years of experience in communications and program management. She has been a Senior Consultant at Quantum Communications since 2014. Renee-Lise is responsible for conceptualizing, planning and implementing communications programs for non-commercial clients such as governments, public institutions and political parties.
Prior to joining Quantum in 2014, Renee-Lise worked in the non-governmental field. She was the national program manager of a program running in 80 countries implemented by Transparency International.
She holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Sagesse University and an MBA in Marketing from the American University of Science and Technology (AUST).
Amanda Nimmer
Director, US Business
Amanda joined Quantum in 2009 and is currently the Director of US Business at Quantum Communications, where she directs the development and implementation of all management aspects of projects for US-based clients.
She leads on communication and reporting with project teams and senior management, as well as, project-specific contractual and financial matters. Nimmer holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from East Carolina University and has completed coursework in both Milan and Beirut.
Nimmer has nearly 15 years of experience working on communications projects in the Middle East and is based between Washington, DC and Beirut. She has developed and managed some of Quantum’s largest projects to date and has extensive experience in business planning covering tv, radio, print and digital.
